How to Join

African farmers interested in becoming registered members of the Chede Union of Agricultural Co-operative Societies must be organized into a formal or informal cooperative or association of producers dedicated to rural or community development. Your production activities and part of your net income must contribute directly or indirectly to the improvement of standards of living in village communities.

Such improvements could range from the operation of community loans and savings societies; support for clean water supply and sanitation projects: healthcare centers and services; technical and vocational training initiatives; charity care services for vulnerable segments of the population, such as the disabled, the elderly or orphans; voluntary services to community projects; etc.
