Chede collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Cameroon has yielded a livestock project for the Muambong community in Kupe Muanenguba Division. This is a pilot pig farming venture based on modern piggery practices.
The project serves as a foundation for training farmers on the modern aspects of animal husbandry. The project is in two phases: a breeding phase and a fattening phase. The project started in July 2009.
